At present, our company has created a network of approximately 150 professional partners in the Czech Republic with an average driving distance of 30 km.
These include towing services, services etc. Because these partners come into personal contact with our clients, we periodically evaluate the quality of work and the arrival time and other parameters, which affect the satisfaction of our clients.
Assistance partners abroad
Abroad we cooperate with contract assistance companies that have their own network of partners assistance in the territory of the country.
Our strategy is to have contracted in each country at least two reputable
assistance companies.
Large customers of assistance services
Typical large Customers of assistance services as insurance, automotive retail chain, car producers, etc.
At present, our major customer are Kooperativa, Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna, Česká spořitelna.
